All orders placed are processed within 24 hours of the order being paid for.
Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days
Upgraded shipping is available upon checkout.


Items can be returned to for an exchange or refund if the items are not used or damaged in any way under our 60 Day Warranty.
Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for returns sent for the following reasons, including, but not limited to:
*Aesthetic reasons
*Item(s) purchased in error
*Wrong item ordered
*Unable to find a locksmith or dealer for cutting and/or programming
*Unneeded items
*Found better pricing

Refunds will be issued at the full discretion of employees.
All refunds need to be approved before a refund is sent out.
RMA number is required and is provide by us through email.
All returns are processed with 24 of receiving the items and refund is processed same day but may take 24-48 hours to show in statement.

Steps to Get a Refund:

3. Send back item using USPS to: (*remember to get a tracking number)

4. Wait until we recieve the package
5. Once we recive the package we verify the items are described as discussed.
6. A refund will be processed. (*Refund usually takes 24-48 hours to show back in Credit/Debit Card)
